Awesomely Calming

Loved the other Kava candy so I tried this flavor. This one has a good flavor and the same relaxing results. I use the Kava candy at bedtime to help get to sleep and it consistently works great for this. Can also use if you wake up in the middle of the night and need some help getting back to sleep. I've never experienced any negative effects in the morning. Definitly worth keeping on hand in your bedside table for when you need help getting to sleep!
