I use this to get to sleep at night. I have found that if I start worrying about my work, or whatever, I can suck on one of these little candies and be able to relax enough to get to sleep. Great choice if you need to chill.
This is a must have.

I wish I found this years ago. I worked in an extremely stressful and high-pace environment for a few years and eventually started taking xanax just to get through the day. This lovely candy has the ability to defuse some seriously explosive situations!! :)
Very mellow and relaxing - perfect if you have a stressful job. Works just like powdered Kava Kava, but is in candy form for convenience! As Bill and Ted would say, its Excellent!
